Obituary Notice William Rippy BESSEMER CITY -- William Virgil Rippy, 93, of 832 Dameron Road, Bessemer City, N.C. and formerly of York died Thursday, May 23, 2013, at White Oak Manor in Kings Mountain, N.C.. The funeral will be at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday May 26, 2013 at York Church of God with the Rev. Jason Garner officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-3 P.M. Sunday May 26, 2013 at York Church of God. Online condolences may be made at www.brattonfuneralhome.com.
