Wanda Lou (Skeeters) Grubbs

Mrs. Wanda Lou Skeeters Grubbs, age 82, of Clover, SC, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at Rock Hill Post Acute Care Center in Rock Hill, SC.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Bratton Funeral Home, 1455 Filbert Hwy., York, SC 29745. A Celebration of Life service will begin at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. 

Wanda was born on July 11, 1944 in Louisville, KY and was the daughter of the late Ivan Skeeters and Georgia Mae Goodman Skeeters. She was a Chaplain at the prison in Lagrange, Ky.

She is survived by her children; Suzie Marine, Paula Grubbs and Christopher L. Rogers. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Joshua Underwood (Jacob), Jaclyn Copeland (Ryan), Todd Carmack (Beth) and Sariyah Lewis; along with her great grandchildren Laney Carmack and Cannon Carmack.

In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by her brother Leonard Skeeters.
