Virginia (Smith) Harless

Virginia S. Harless, 78 of McConnell’s passed away on October 7, 2023 at Harbor Chase of Rock HiIl.

The graveside service will be on Tuesday October 10, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Lakeview Memory Gardens, 1774 Filbert Hwy York, SC with Rev. Brad Vassey officiating. The family will receive friends at the graveside after the service and other times at the home of Tammy Jackson.

Virginia was born in Union, SC to the late Hawkins Smith and Pearl Messer Smith. She is the widow of Everett William Harless, Jr.

She is survived by her children, Bill Harless (Leslie), Timber Smith, Tammy Jackson (Thomas), and Wendy Phillips (Andrew), and 10 grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Virginia was preceded in death by her siblings George Smith and Mary Lee.
