Sara Ann (Dover) Watson

Mrs. Sara Ann Dover Watson, age 65, of Blacksburg, South Carolina, passed away at her home on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

A graveside service celebrating Sara’s life will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 17, 2026, at Unity Baptist Church, 2300 Irene Bridge Rd., Hickory Grove, SC 29717. The service will be officiated by Reverend Keith Martin and the family will receive friends at the cemetery immediately following the service.

Sara was born on May 14, 1960 in York, SC. She was the daughter of the late Elmer Dover and Ethel Tilley Dover and the widow of John Watson.

She is survived by her loving children, John Watson, Jr. (Crystal) and Chrystal Bradley (J.C.); her beloved grandchildren: Jessica Brandon (Josh), Allyson Phelps (Chris), Luke Watson, and Courtney Watson; and her brother, Kenneth “Buck” Dover (Kathy).
