Roy Charles Huskey

Roy Charles Huskey, 87, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024 at his home in York. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 26, 2024 from 10-11 AM at Bratton Funeral Home, 1455 Filbert Hwy. York, SC. The funeral will be held immediately following in the chapel of Bratton Funeral Home with Pastor Timothy Morgan officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens in York, S C with Military Honors provided by VFW Post 12136 Honor Guard.  

Charles was a son of the late Iveran Huskey and Annie Mae White Huskey. He was a member at Liberty Church in York and a veteran of the U S NAVY.

 He is survived by his daughters, Jetina Brown (Chuck) of York, Renae Parker (Graylin) of Rock Hill, and grandchildren, Wesley Brown, Tyler Huskey (Claire), Ethan Brown, and Travis Parker. Along with his great grandson Aiden Huskey. His siblings Leona Childers (Tony), Lucille Sexton (Gene), and Betty Jones.

 In addition to his parents Charles was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Ann Vaughan Huskey and his sister Ruth Brandon.
