Obituary
Mrs. Roberta “Bobbe” Jayne Long-Peterson, age 80, of York, SC passed away on Thursday, May 25th, 2023, at White Oak Manor of York.
Roberta was born on December 11, 1942, in Philadelphia, PA. She was the daughter of the late Sidney C. Long and Margaret Long. She was a retired flight attendant for United Airlines after a long tenure.
She is survived by her children, Stephen “Steve” Peterson (Kari) and Kristin Peterson, her siblings, Keith Long (Helen), Nancy Mann (Stewart), and Stephen Long as well as her grandson, Chase Peterson.
There will be a private service for Roberta at Carmel Presbyterian Church in Charlotte at a later date.
