Nancy (Plaxco) Turner

Nancy Plaxco Turner, 81, of York, SC passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023, at Piedmont Augusta Hospital in Augusta, GA.

A graveside service for Nancy will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Philadelphia UMC Cemetery, 2260 Chester Hwy, York, SC 29745 with Rev. Bart Plaxco officiating. 

Nancy was born on November 4, 1941, in York, SC.  She was the daughter of the late William Barto Plaxco and Francis Carson Plaxco.

She is survived by her children: Kenneth Lee Turner, Jr., Debbie Williams (Jonathan), and Teresa Arrington (Steve), her grandchildren: Abigail Shipman (Keaton), Emily Turner, Mikenlee Turner, Josie Turner, Ella Turner, Cody Turner, Tyler Turner, Jenny Williams (Brooks), Logan Williams, Alissa Williams, LeeAnn Watson (Michael), Stephanie Huff (Justin), and Sarah Tiner (Curtis), her great grandchildren:  Genevieve Shipman, William Marshall, Bennett Marshall, Elliott Marshall, Charleigh Tiner, Lauren Taylor Watson and her brother Bill Plaxco (Janet), as well as nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Lee Turner.
