Mozelle "Mo" (Brakfield) Reeves

Catherine Mozelle “Mo” Reeves, 80, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 17, 1944, in York, South Carolina, to the late William Marion Brakefield and Catherine Helen Phillips Copeland.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at Bratton Funeral Home, located at 1455 Filbert Hwy, York, SC. A funeral service will follow immediately after, officiated by  Dillon Pullen. Interment will take place at Hickory Grove Church of God Cemetery, 2427 Sawmill Road, Hickory Grove, SC.

Mo is survived by her devoted husband, Tommy Allison Reeves; her children, Loretta Dailey (Andy Tatterson), Rhonda Queen, and Al Reeves (Alison); her grandchildren, Nicole Perry, Charity Cardwell, and Andrew Reeves; and her great-grandchildren, Kansas Cardwell and Travis Perry. She is also survived by her beloved sister, Linda B. Pullen.
