Mike Hart

Mr. Michael Lee Hart, “Mike” of Chester, SC passed away peacefully at his home on the early morning of Saturday, January 4, 2025.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at First Baptist Church of Lowrys, 3981 Armenia Rd. Chester, SC. The funeral service will begin at 2 pm at the church with Reverend David Nalley and Reverend Justin Ford officiating. Burial will follow at Armenia Methodist Church Cemetery, 2840 Armenia Rd. Chester, SC.

Mike was born on February 11, 1952 in Talladega, AL. He was the son of the late James Lewis Hart and Kathleen Mayo Hart. He was a proud man of faith, serving as past Deacon and Treasurer of his church, First Baptist Church of Lowrys. He loved wood working, cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide, and spending time with his family; especially his grandchildren.

Mike is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Ann Morgan Hart “Pat”; his children, Joe Hart (Casey), Jeff Hart (Sheila), and Candace Lott (Kevin). He is also survived by his grandchildren: Connor, Gavin, Brantlee, Brendan, and Waylon Hart; Kaiden and Kamryn Lott; and Jacia Kuns; his great grandchildren: Maddox, Emerson, Emma and Maylee Kuns; his brothers, Rodney Hart and Phillip Hart (Tommie); his brother-in-law, Ricky G. Morgan (Hope); and a number of nieces and nephews he loved dearly.

In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Sandra Hart.
