Marsha (Livingood) Faile

Marsha Lee-Livingood Faile, 83, of Rock Hill, SC passed away peacefully on Friday, February 2, 2024 at home.

 A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Bratton Funeral Home, 1455 Filbert Hwy, York, SC 29745 with Pastor Dusty Brackett officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home, from 11:00 am until the time of service.

Born on July 2, 1940 in Wake County, NC, Marsha was the daughter of the late Herbert L. and Margaret L. Livingood. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, Furman Jackson “Jack” Faile, Jr. Marsha was an entrepreneur of many endeavors and a homemaker, known for her devotion to the Lord, generous heart and vivacious spirit. Her faith was evident in how she lived, as her motto was “Lord, I want to serve You and be kind to everyone.” She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother; and was a caregiver to all. Her hobbies included cooking, gardening and caring for animals of all kinds.

Surviving children; Robert “Bobby” Faile, Jim Faile (Kim), Tammy Williams (Leon), Steve Faile (Rena), Ken Faile, Butch Faile (Samantha), and Tyler Faile (Summer), nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

The family would also like to extend a heartfelt expression of gratitude and thankfulness to the Providence Care team: Emily, Hope, Sam and the rest of the team for their exemplary care and support.
