Lisa (Lynn) Roberts

Mrs. Lisa Lynn Roberts, age 66, of York, SC, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2026.

The family will host a drop-in visitation at the family home on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A memorial service celebrating Lisa’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 22 East Liberty St., York, SC 29745.

Lisa was born on March 9, 1960, in Greenville, SC. She was the daughter of the late Marshall Dennis Lynn and Rheba Sprouse Lynn. Lisa was a devoted teacher for many years, pouring her heart into the lives of her students. However, her greatest joy and most treasured title came later in life when she became “Granna.”

Lisa loved her family with her whole heart and made sure each of them knew just how much they meant to her. She was an avid Clemson Tiger fan and especially enjoyed tailgating and attending football games with her loving husband, Tony. Lisa also found joy in getting lost in a good book and spending time at the beach. Her warmth, love, and devotion to her family will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Lisa is survived by her loving husband, Tony Roberts; her daughters, Maghan Cockrell (Brandon) and Haley Brown (Kevin); her precious grandchildren, Kinley Cockrell, Sam Cockrell, Raleigh Brown, Andi Brown, Blaire Brown, Isla Brown, and Zoe Brown; and her brothers, Denny Lynn (Cathy) and Tommy Lynn (Missy).
