Linda Kay (Montgomery) Griffin

Ms. Linda Kay Montgomery Griffin, age 73, of York, SC passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024.

A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Lakeview Memory Gardens in York, SC. The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the committal.

Linda was born on March 12, 1951 in York County. She was the daughter of the late David Montgomery and Ruth Horne Gault. She retired as an administrative assistant from Clemson Extension in York, SC.

Linda is survived by her sons, Tully Gibson (Elizabeth), Jeremy Gibson; her grandchildren, Piper Gibson, Lacy Emma Gibson, and Robert Gibson; her great grandson, Avery Gibson; and her partner of many years, Dennis Beckham. Also surviving are her siblings, Judy Houser and Monty Montgomery, and other family members and special friends.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her sister, Sandy Bradley.
