John William McCarty

John William McCarty, of Rock Hill, SC passed away at his home on Wednesday, December 18th, 2024

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

John was born on April 16, 1932 in Toledo, Ohio. John was a son of the late John William McCarty and Liddie Lucille Agle. He was a retired machine operator and a veteran of the US Army.

John is survived by his daughter, Kelli Ratcliffe (Michael) and his sons; Michael McCarty (Karla), and Scott Cass (Denise). He is also survived by his six grandchildren; Ryan McCarty (Sarah), Jenna McCarty, John McCarty, Connor Cass, Nick Wedgewood and Ben Wedgewood.

John was preceded in death by his wife Jacqueline Marie Timming McCarty, his son Little John McCarty and his daughter Belinda Wedgewood.
