Joel Steven Hager

Mr. Joel “Jody” Steven Hager, age 64, of Rock Hill, SC passed away on Friday, August 22, 2025.

Jody will be laid to rest at 11am on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery, located at 800 N. 13th St. Bessemer City, NC 28016.

Jody was born on January 24, 1961 in Rock Hill, SC. He was the son of the late Charles Hager, Jr. and Jeanette Burroughs Hager. He worked for Palmetto Marble and Granite and during his free time he enjoyed playing golf or fishing.

Jody is preceded in death by his brother Charles (Chuck) Hager III and is survived by his brother, Tim Hager and Tim’s family.
