Joan Ramsey Dover

Joan Ramsey Dover, 82, of Blacksburg, SC passed away at home on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.

A graveside service for Joan will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at 11:00 am with Rev. Chris Ballard and Rev. Billy Ramsey officiating.

Joan was born on July 31, 1940. She attended Enon Baptist Church in Smyrna. She was the daughter of the late Mose and Leo Ramsey.  Joan is survived by her child, Penny Dixon (Danny), her grandchild: Cyeria Green (David), her great grandchild Wrenley Hope Green, as well as her siblings Johnny Ramsey (Patti), Billy Ramsey (Norma Sue), and Barry Ramsey (Beth). Along with her mother and father, Joan was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Guy Dover.
