Janet Sue (Walker) Phillips

Mrs. Janet Sue Walker Phillips, 69, of Rock Hill, SC, passed away at Piedmont Medical Center on Saturday, February 22, 2025.

The family will receive friends from 10-11am on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at Bratton Funeral Home, 1455 Filbert Hwy. York, SC. The funeral service will begin at 11am in the funeral home chapel with Dr. John Cabe officiating. Burial will follow at Bethesda Presbyterian Church, 4858 McConnells Hwy, York, SC 29745.

Sue was born on March 23rd, 1955 in York County, SC to the late Jasper Clayton Walker and Minnie Bishop Clinton Walker.

She is survived by her former husband Ted Phillips, her children, Shannon Jordan Caddell (Rich), Leanne Phillips McCraw (Dean), and Tina Phillips. Also, her grandchildren, Taylor Pack, Meghan Caddell, Jacob Jackson, Justin Jackson and Luke McClain and her great grandchildren, Maddie Pack and Everly Smith.  Along with her siblings, Shirley Henson, Elaine McDaniel (Rickey), Rick Walker (Melinda) and Don Walker (Cindy).

In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her daughter Tanya Phillips and her brother Mike Walker.
