Emily “Cookie” Wells, 77, of York, SC, passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, April 20, 2024.
Cookie was born on November 29, 1946 in Bronx, NY to the late Walter and Rosa Namaga.
Cookie is survived by her husband, Michael L. Wells; daughters, Lisa McGahee (Harley), and Sherri Periman; grandchildren, Brian Moore, Ashley Bussen (Lee), Jesse Moore Sr., and Danielle Craun (Nathan); and great-grandchildren, Logan Beckmann, Julissa Moore, Jaden Beckmann, Jesse Moore Jr., Jack Moore and Madalyn Craun.
Services will be private.
