Obituary
Edna Geneva Philbeck Ramsey, 89, of York, SC passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at Bratton Funeral Home, 1455 Filbert Hwy York, SC 29745.
Geneva was born on September 28, 1933 in Shelby, NC. She was the daughter of the late Boyce Lee Philbeck, Sr. and Grace Thompson Philbeck. She is survived by her children: Ricky G. Ramsey (Terri), Melanie A. English, Marion L. Ramsey (Kristen), Timmy M. Ramsey (Lisa), Tammy J. Davis (Dennis), and Belinda K. Grant; twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; sister-in-law, Marjorie Philbeck; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Geneva was preceded in death by her brothers, Boyce L. Philbeck, Jr., and John Philbeck and his wife, Kathleen.
