Donna (Cook) Wagner

Mrs. Donna Cook Wagner, 71, of York, SC left her earthly home and entered her heavenly home on Monday, January19, 2026 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at Liberty Church, 410 Blessed Hope Rd, York, SC 29745. The funeral service will start at 2:00 PM officiated by Pastor Jerry Jacquot, with burial to follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens, 1774 Filbert Highway Clover, South Carolina 29745.

Donna was born on July 12, 1954 in York, SC.  She was the daughter of the late William Howard Cook, Jr. and Betty Joyce Smith Cook. She attended Kingsway Baptist Church in Lake Wylie, SC and retired from Textron as a financial analyst. Donna also thoroughly enjoyed her role as co-owner of Richburg Child Development Center for 15 years.

Donna is survived by her husband of 49 years, Wayne Eugene Wagner, and her son whom her world revolved around, Jason Wayne Wagner (Jenni Capps).  She is also survived by her siblings Becky Wagner, Vickie Felstow (Bill), Lisa Cook (Duane), Joni Arrowood (Tommy), Russ Cook (Lynn), and Joel Cook (Amy),
