Chloe Michelle Whitener

Ms. Chloe Michelle Whitener, age 17, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2025.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 5, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bratton Funeral Home, 1455 Filbert Hwy, York, SC 29745. A funeral service will be held the following day, 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at Calvary Baptist Church, 3001 York Highway, Gastonia, NC 28052 with Pastor Josh Glandon officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens, York, SC.

Chloe was born on October 23, 2007 in York, South Carolina. She was the daughter of Crystal Michelle Bolin and Teddy Glenn Whitener.

In addition to her mother and father, she is survived by her siblings, Riley Whitener, Destiny Cable (Chase), Johnathan Bolin, and Madeline Bolin. Also surviving are her paternal grandparents, Foy and Debra Wellman, her maternal grandmother, Teena Cobb and her niece, Aliza.

Chloe was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, David Neil Bolin and paternal great-grandparents, James and Emma Harris.
