Carolyn Clinton White

Ms. Carolyn Clinton White, age 74 of York, SC passed away on Sunday, September 22nd, 2024 at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House.

A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, September 25th, 2024 at Bratton Funeral Home’s Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the memorial service.

Carolyn was born on December 19th, 1949 in York County. She was the daughter of the late Emmett Love Clinton and Sarah Ellen Clinton. She was a graduate of York High School, class of 1968. She was a lover of animals, especially her late fur baby, Buddy, but her true love was her love for her daughters, Jamie and Kerri. Her daughters were her world and she absolutely adored spending time with them.

Carolyn is survived by her daughters, Jamie White, Kerri White; her sister, Debbie Black (Steve); and her brothers, Jimmy Clinton, Randy Clinton (Donna), and Phillip Clinton (Cindy).

In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her sisters, Connie Clinton, Retha Smart, and her brothers, Lindsay Clinton, Marion Clinton and Ricky Clinton; and sister-in-law, Judy Clinton.
