Obituary
Carolyn Anne Evans Ballard, 88, of Clover, SC passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023, at White Oak Manor, York, SC.
Visitation will be from 1 PM until 2 PM on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Mercy Baptist Church, 2995 Filbert Hwy, Clover, SC. The funeral service will be held at 2 PM following the visitation at the church with Pastor Jamie Coley officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens, 1774 Filbert Hwy, York, SC.
Carolyn was born on January 11, 1935, in Gastonia, NC. She was the daughter of the late John Rosevelt Evans and Flota Tweed Evans. She was a homemaker, and a member of Mercy Baptist Church.
Carolyn is survived by her sons Wayne Ballard (Sue), Keith Ballard (Susan), Eddie Ballard (Rhonda), She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband Earl Clayton Ballard and her daughters Teresa Owenby, and Sheila Falls.
