Brandon Gregg Swilling

Mr. Brandon Gregg Swilling, age 33, of Rock Hill, South Carolina, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026.

Brandon was born on April 25, 1992, in Lancaster, South Carolina. He was the son of Michael Gregg Swilling and April Hammond Flowers. Brandon had a natural talent and passion for skateboarding, something that came easily to him and brought him great joy. He also loved music, playing his guitar, was a devoted fan of Dale Earnhardt, and had a deep appreciation for working on trucks. Brandon was a proud graduate of York Comprehensive High School, Class of 2010.

In addition to his parents, Brandon is survived by his sister, Taylor Swilling Rentz (Graham); his loving girlfriend, Caitlyn Williford; his stepfather, Glenn Flowers; his stepmother, Allison Balance; stepbrother, Joseph Flowers; and his stepsister, Summer Mungo. He is also survived by his grandfather, Doug Hammond; his grandmother, Kimery Cairnes; his uncle, Michael Hammond; his cousin, Brittney Hammond; as well as many extended family members and dear friends who will cherish his memory.

A gathering to celebrate Brandon’s life will be held from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm at Cherry Park in Rock Hill, SC on Sunday, April 26, 2026.
