Barbara (Parker) Wallace

Barbara “Bobbie” Wallace, 71, of York, South Carolina, passed away peacefully at her home on June 21, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Wallace; her parents, Forest Parker and Mabel Parker; and her siblings, Mickey Cherry and Elsie Cherry.

She is survived by her daughters, Samantha Wallace (Chris) and Jamie Lutz (Brian); her grandchildren, Eli Deal, Brooks Wallace, Mckinley Deal III; and her siblings, Forest Parker Jr., Peggy Bowers, Gladys Abernathy, Sharon Dover and Johnny Parker.

Bobbie was a humming ray of sunshine to everyone around her, and she will be truly missed.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Bratton Funeral Home located at 1455 Filbert Hwy York, SC 29745. A memorial service celebrating Bobbie’s life will begin at 3:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Tommy Hope officiating.
