Barbara (Judd) Good

Barbara Judd Good, 87, of Rock Hill, SC passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022.

The family will receive friends from 1:oo pm to 1:45 pm on Saturday, December 3rd, at Woodlawn Presbyterian Church, 3852 Woodlawn Street, Sharon, SC 29742.  A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 pm with Reverend James Gable officiating.  Burial will follow at Woodlawn Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Barbara was born January 29,1935 in Chicago, IL.  She was the daughter of the late Ray Alfred Judd and Lucille B. Quam Judd.  She was a long-time member of Woodlawn Presbyterian Church in Sharon.  She retired from York County Public Works in 1999.  Barbara was always active  in different crafts including scrapbooking, basket weaving, painting, knitting and sewing.  She also enjoyed bowling, line dancing and loved going to all her grandchildren’s assorted sports events.

Barbara is survived by her stepsister Deloris O. Anderwald, her children Debbie Darby (Jimmy), David Good, Kenny Good (Hope), Bryan Good (Beverly), 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her children’s father David Lewis Good, her brother Kenneth R. Judd and stepbrother, Thomas O’Neil.

In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to Woodlawn Memorial Association or the charity of your choice in memory of her. Suggestions include Samaritans Purse and St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
